Free and open to the public, this year the festival will also serve as a tool to rally community support for the proposed Montana Outdoor Discovery Center in the old Stedman Foundry at Spring Meadow Lake.
So far, hands-on activities include:
- iClimb: Climbing Wall from 11am to 4pm provided by Narrate Church
- iPaddle-Rafting 30 minute clinics every half-hour provided by Adventures Unlimited
- iPaddle-Boating Safety demonstrations from 11am to 4pm presented by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks
- iPaddle-Kayak 30 minute clinics every half-hour, boats provided by The Base Camp
- iSpy: Geocaching with GeomateJr. presented by HOF Volunteers
- iSpy: Noxious Weed and Aquatic Nuisances from 11am to 4pm presented by the Montana Dept. of Agriculture
- iExplore: M.A.T.O.R. demonstrations of outdoor adaptive equipment presented by (Montana Access to Outdoor Recreation)
- iFish- Fly-fishing 30 minute clinics every half-hour, instruction provided by Chris Strainer of CrossCurrents
- iFish- Spin-casting 30 minute clinics every half-hour provided by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks
- iShoot-Archery 1 hour clinic every hour presented by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks
- iHike: Interpretive Hikes and outdoor art 30 minute clinics every half-hour presented by Montana Discovery Foundation
- iSurvive: Learn Leave No Trace skills 30 minute clinics every half-hour by Montana Wilderness Association
- iSurvive: Be Bear Aware from 11am to 4pm presented by the Center for Wildlife Information
